  2. On the right-hand side, choose Add menu button.
  3. Fill in the menu button details:
    • Name (mandatory): This is the name that will be used as a label on the menu when users navigate through your channel.
    • If you are adding another menu button or an hyperlink button inside this menu button, you may also want to add a title and a description to appear in the navigation page.
      • Title (optional): If filled, will show up as an overlay on your background (see image).

Create a content box with files and/or bundles

To create a content box on your Scaura channel, you will need to make use of content boxes. You can put an unlimited number of files inside a content box, and you can choose from any extension present on your Mediabank. Files placed inside a content box can be searched and filtered inside the app. This is what a content box looks like:

To add a content box to your Scaura channel, follow these steps:

  1. Select a menu button with no children.
  2. On the right-hand side, click on Add content box.
  3. Inside your content box, you can add files and/or presentations. Presentations are bundles of files that are presented inside a gallery. They can either be used as sub-folders, or to prepare a set of files that you want to present.

To add files to your content box, follow these steps:

  1. With your content box selected, click on Add content. Select as many files as you want from the mediabank, or upload more files for use.
  2. After making your selection, click Save.
  3. You can optionally reorder your files inside the content box by selecting a file and clicking on Reorder. In the modal that opens, you can drag and drop files to reorder them as you wish. The order you choose will be the same that users will see on your app.

To create a bundle, follow these steps:

  1. With your content box selected, click on Add bundle
  2. Next, click on Add content.
  3. Select the files you want to include on your presentation and click Save.
  4. You can optionally reorder your files inside the presentation by selecting a file and clicking on Reorder. In the modal that opens, you can drag and drop  files to reorder them as you wish. The order you choose will be the same that users will see on your app.

Tip: Always add tags to files, so that you can easily find them when adding files to your channel, and it is also handy for users to search for files in the app.

Add tag to file(s)

  1. Upload files to Mediabank or select existing files;
  2. In the right-side panel, type the tag name in the "Add tags to files" section;

Remove a tag from a file: click the "X" next to the tag name in "Add tags to files" section.

Manage tags

  1. Open the dropdown of tags in the filter bar in Mediabank;
  2. Toggle to enable Edit mode (see below the image);
  3. On this window, you can rename or delete tag(s).
    •  If a tag is renamed, the new name will be updated automatically in the CMS and the app.
